At Colorado Sisters in Psychedelics (CO-SIP), every offering is rooted in harm reduction, personal sovereignty, and sisterhood. From free meetups to small education groups and hands-on workshops, these are spaces to learn, connect, and integrate, at a pace and price that keeps them accessible.
Our monthly virtual Integration & Microdose Support Group meets second Tuesdays, 6-7pm MT, and is open to women 21+ nationwide on a donation basis.
Workshops and groups are led by CO-SIP-approved facilitators. Fees cover materials and costs and compensate facilitators for their time; anything left supports our free community events.
Community Meetups
In-Person Meetups
Free meetups on a monthly or every other month basis, to connect with other women, experience nature or a wellness activity, or simply enjoy each other's company. Join us for hiking, paddleboarding, happy hours, walks, and more
Special Events
We host special events such as guided hikes, meditation, ceremonies, and more. These events are generally facilitated by an experienced healer from the community and offered at a reduced or donation-based rate for CO-SIP members

Mindful Microdosing 4-Week Women's Group
A small, structured program offering education and peer support for women curious about microdosing or already exploring it. Virtual. Join a scheduled group or book one privately for your women's circle.
Mushroom & Cacao Bar Workshop
A hands-on workshop blending ceremonial cacao with functional mushrooms, herbs, and adaptogens into your own intention-infused chocolate bar. Offered a few times a year and bookable for private parties, retreats, and events.

What This Experience Includes
Hands-On Cacao/Mushroom Bar Creation
Participants explore a curated selection of herbs, spices, adaptogens, mushrooms, and textures, then craft their own custom cacao bar guided by intuition and intention. Everyone leaves with a beautifully wrapped, personalized bar.
Educational + Experiential Learning
Learn about the benefits of cacao, ceremonial vs. daily cacao, and synergy with supportive botanicals. Gain knowledge of various mushrooms and how to blend them for your intentions.
Intention Setting & Mindful Connection
We open with a grounding moment to set intentions and reconnect with presence, creativity, and community. We also close with connection and integration of the experience.
Optional Cacao Tasting
Close your experience with a gentle cacao tasting and try a few different recipes. Heart-opening, relaxing, and deeply connecting for groups.

How to Book a Workshop
Email connect@cosistersinpsychedelics.org with the projected date of your desired workshop and the number of participants. Once confirmed, pay your security deposit or for the workshop in full. Final group head count and payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event.
