Mindful Microdosing 4-Week Women's Group

A structured, intimate 30-day group for women curious about microdosing or already exploring it - with real science, honest harm reduction, and a community of women walking alongside you.

About This Program

Mindful Microdosing is not a drop-in class or a one-time workshop. It's a full 30-day container: four weekly 90-minute live sessions, preparation materials, weekly education, experiential practices, journaling and reflection tools, and post-program resources, all designed to help you make informed, sovereign choices and integrate what you learn. This group offers education and peer support. It does not provide, sell, or source any substance, and it doesn't prescribe doses or protocols.

This program was built for two kinds of women: those who are curious about microdosing and want a safe, informed place to start, and those who are already microdosing and ready to go deeper with structure, community, and guidance.

Whether you are at day zero or have been dabbling on your own, this group meets you where you are. Sessions are limited to 6 women, by design.

This is an intimate, high-trust container - not a webinar, not a course you consume passively. You will be known here.

What You Will Learn

Each session builds on the last across four progressive themes:

Week 1 - Foundations & Intentions

You'll leave your first session with a clear understanding of the science being studied around microdosing (neuroplasticity, the default mode network, and the serotonin system), what the research does and doesn't show yet, contraindications and medication interactions, harm reduction practices, and a clear intention for your 30 days.

Week 2 - The Body as Guide

We focus on reading your body's signals, nervous system awareness, how your menstrual and lunar cycles shape mood and energy, rest and recovery, and tracking what you notice with curiosity rather than judgment.

Week 3 - Integration: Mind, Body & Spirit

This is the heart of the program. We explore what integration actually means across all three dimensions: the mind (thought patterns, the inner critic, shadow material, cognitive practices), the body (somatic experiencing, what physical symptoms mean, embodied practices), and the spirit (meaning, awe, ritual, creativity, and how to avoid spiritual bypassing). You will leave with a personal Integration Triad - one practice anchoring each dimension of your healing.

Week 4 - Sustainability & The Long Term

We close by helping you reflect on where you are after 30 days, what you want to continue, pause, or let go of, how to trust your own decision-making, and the lifestyle factors that most support long-term wellbeing. We end with a celebration circle honoring the work each woman has done.

  • Are already microdosing but feel like you are missing structure, support, or a deeper understanding of what you are doing and why

  • Are interested in using microdosing as a support tool alongside therapy, a healing journey, recovery, a creative practice, or navigating a life transition

  • Are looking for a small, honest, non-judgmental community of women who take this work seriously
